Cibolo Creek Brewing was gracious in trusting our coffee to use in their Bourbon Barrel aged stout. The stout was crisp, clean and had great bourbon barrel notes with a pronounced coffee flavor from the medium roasted Organic Honduran coffee we provided. This awesome brew clocked in with and ABV of 8.5% 

This was definitely a sipping beer that paired wonderfully with their pan seared Ancho Chile steak!
